1) How do I make a change or cancel my request?

Please send an email to ticketing@justthetickethk.org

2) What event tickets are available?

Website: Click on “Event” to see what tickets are available.

Email: A weekly newsletter will be sent to you with all of the available event tickets.

3) How will I know if we are approved for event tickets?

Your organisation’s contact person will always receive an email for all approvals or denials.

If you haven’t received email confirmation a week before the event please contact sara@justthetickethk.org

4) How will I receive my tickets?

Once you have been approved for the event, Just The Ticket will send you an email with details on how to obtain the tickets. Generally, tickets will be either sent to you directly or will be picked up at the event box office at the time of the event.

5) What if there is bad weather or an other emergency comes up and we are unable to attend the event?

Please call the Just the Ticket  at9617-2723 for further instruction.

6) How do I change my agency’s contact details?

Please email sara@justthetickethk.org or call the office at 9617-2723 so we can update your organisation’s contact information.
